APRIL 27, 2009– DECEMBER 17, 2009

DEPOSIT POLICY

 

• A credit card is required at time of booking to secure the reservation
• A non-refundable deposit of 1st night's room and tax will be charged 48 hours prior toarrival
• The remaining balance will be taken at check- in

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

• If the reservation is cancelled outside 48 hours prior to arrival, there will be no charges applied
• If the reservation is cancelled inside 48 hours prior to arrival, 1st night's room and tax will be charged
• A cancellation number will be issued at time of notification.

 

DECEMBER 18 , 2009 – JANUARY 3, 2010

DEPOSIT POLICY

 

• A deposit of 1 night’s room and tax will be charged at the time of booking
• The remaining balance will be charged 45 days prior to arrival
• If booking is made inside of 45 days, the full amount will be applied at time of booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• If the reservation is cancelled outside 45 days of arrival, 1 night’s room and tax will be charged
• If the reservation is cancelled inside 45 days of arrival (after full payment has been taken) it is non-refundable
• A cancellation number will be issued at time of notification.

 

JANUARY 4, 2010 - FEBRUARY 11, 2010 and FEBRUARY 29, 2010 - APRIL 25, 2010

• If booking is made inside of 30 days, the full amount will be applied at time of booking

CANCELLATION POLICY

• If the reservation is cancelled outside 30 days of arrival, 1st night’s room and tax will be charged
• If the reservation is cancelled inside 30 days of arrival (after full payment has been taken) it is non-refundable
• A cancellation number will be issued at time of notification.

 

FEBRUARY 12 , 2010 – FEBRUARY 28, 2010

DEPOSIT POLICY

 

• A deposit of 1 night’s room and tax will be charged at the time of booking

INCIDENTALS

Smoking Policy

• The Carleton Lodge is a non-smoking facility; all guest rooms are non-smoking
• A fine will be charged to guests who choose to disobey this non-smoking policy

Pet Policy

• The Carleton Lodge is not pet friendly; we do not allow pets in the hotel

Age Restriction

• Guests must be 25 years or older to secure reservation.

Extra Person Charge

• $20 plus taxes per person per night.
• Maximum of 4 adults in a 1 Bedroom suite, 6 adults in a 2 Bedroom suite and 8 adults in a 3 Bedroom suite..
• Children 18 years old and under stay free in a room accompanied by an adult.

Internet 

• Internet access is included in the room rates.  Wireless internet access is not included.

Parking 

• $20 plus taxes per night, per vehicle.
