NOVEMBER 26, 2008 – DECEMBER 25, 2008 and JANUARY 4 – APRIL 12, 2009

DEPOSIT POLICY

• A deposit of 1 night’s room and tax will be charged at the time of booking
• The remaining balance will be charged 30 days prior to arrival
• If booking is made inside of 30 days, the full amount will be applied at time of booking

CANCELLATION POLICY

• If the reservation is cancelled outside 30 days of arrival, 1 night’s room and tax will be charged
• If the reservation is cancelled inside 30 days of arrival (after full payment has been taken) it is non-refundable
• A cancellation number will be issued at time of notification.

APRIL 13, 2008– NOVEMBER 25, 2008

• If the reservation is cancelled inside 48 hours of arrival, 1 night’s room and tax will be charged
• A credit card is needed to secure reservation
• Full payment is required at check-out.

Incidentals

Smoking Policy

• The Carleton Lodge is a non-smoking facility; all guest rooms are non-smoking
• A fine will be charged to guests who choose to disobey this non-smoking policy

Age Restriction

• Guests must be 25 years or older to secure reservation.

Extra Person Charge

• $20 plus taxes per person per night.
• Children 18 years old and under stay free in a room accompanied by an adult.

Parking 

$17 plus taxes per night, per vehicle.
